So far, the only translations i could find are of chapters 1-1 and 1-2. When i get more on my hands, ill post them right here.
FFVII: On a way to a smile fills the gap from FFVII and AC. It focuses on Denzel and gives him a background before were meant to delve into AC. Anyway, i myself don`t know much about it so i`ll post them right here.

Nope. FFVII:On a way to a smile is a collection of short chapters telling what happened between FFVII and AC. It`s just a novel

Good question, although sadly i can`t answer it. Although i think they`ll make it available with the a special edition with AC in the US and Europe. But that might not be the case. In fact, it might not even get a realease in the west.
