Weapons!?@#?!??!?!?@?#!@

How do I get those damned super weapons…? I have all the magizines but i cant seem to find any of the items for the lionheart or the erghiez(sp?)
also, i’m at the point of the game where I am supposed to enter the lunatic pandora, but a friend of mine says after I go in there that there is no going back. Squall and Zell are around level 40, and the rest are around level 20, should i level them up huge before going in, and is there anything else i should do besides getting the weopons and the secret gf’s?

Yup. You should level up first in the Island closest to Heaven or Hell. Also, from there, you can get items for the super/ultimate weapons for each characters. After you’ve leveled up, and obatined the ultimate weapons, search for the hidden GFs. Here are their locations:

Jumbo Cactuar – Cactuar Island; approach the cactuar that randomly appears on the little surfaces of the island. When you’ve touched the little cactuar, you’ll engage in a battle with Jumbo Cactuar, defeat it, and you got him.

Bahamut – You obtain him in the Deep Sea Research Center(a.k.a. Warship Island). There, you will battle two Ruby Dragons, then after that, choose the third(hidden) option, and you’ll battle Bahamut. Win the battle, and you got him.

Odin – He’s not actually a summon(able) GF. He appears randomly and the chances of him, appearing depends on your luck status, and how many your Dead Spirit item is. He can be obtained in the Centra(or was it Cetra?) ruins. Once you battle him, he won’t attack, but you have to beat him before the time runs out.

Eden – You obatin him(her?) in the Warship Island also. After defeating Bahamut, talk to everyone in the Ragnarok, the go back in the Warship Island with Zell(or whoever you want) and go all the way down until you come face to face with Ultima Weapon. Draw Eden out of Ultima Weapon then defeat Ultima Weapon and you get to keep him(her?).

Tonberry(King Tonberry) – You can obtain him in the Centra ruins also. After you defeat Odin, defeat 20(I’m kinda sure it’s 20…) tonberries, then he will appear. Defeat him and you got him.

I wish I didn’t miss anything…

Here are some tips:
– Level up your characters in island Closest to Heaven/Hell
– Teach your GF abilities you most certainly need. Train them in the Cactuar Island.
– Have Squall’s Lionheart ASAP. It’s quite useful in battles, especially battles like Ultima Weapon.
– Draw magic from the Island closest to Hell/Heaven. Equip the no-encounter GF ability and go around and draw magic.
– Equip the strong spells like Ultima, Flare, Quake etc.

I wish I didn’t miss anything… again…

I have been trying for hours on end and I can not find any pulse ammo!$@!()(&@! I now have all the GF’s except for eden, who I plan to get after getting the lion heart and the angel pin wheel dealey but I cant find any pulse ammo, can som1 pleeze tell me wherez to find it? thankxxx :P:D

fight some ruby dragons and kill them as they drop energy crystals which can be refined

Yeah, the Ruby Dragons in the Deep Sea Research Facility tend to drop at least 2 of them.

I find the fixed Elnoyle encounters on Esthar to be a more reliable source for Energy Crystals.

Mug them for a Moonstone or two while you’re at it.
