Final Heaven- Found in Tifa�s house in Nibelheim on second and third disk. You play the piano correctly and you get it with a note which I won�t spoil for you. The piano code is X, S, T, R1+T, R1+S, X, S, T, R1+X, O, X, S, X. For PC users, incorporate the PSX controls into that

Why can’t you get it on the first disc what so special about the 2nd and third disc? I also heard you can get it in Midgar in somewhere if you have the item "The Key to Midgar" I don’t know if this is true though is it?

the key to midgar is in the bone village where you dig but it isn’t for tifa’s final limit it is for her ultimate weapon

Its all about playing a piano in her house.

But why can’t you play the piano on disc 1 to get it?

Because most people don’t have all her other limit breaks as well.
