The crash site is a bit south of Tear’s Point on the Esthar Continent — search there for it.

It doesn’t really show the crash site in the location. It’s like "hidden" so you have to run around the area and look for it.

I never did the thing with playing the Card Queen at the Crash Site on Disc 4. Instead, I did the actual Card Queen quest with heavy reliance on the reset trick. I did eventually end up getting all cards.
