they didn’t "split" they are just on an "indefinite hiatus."
i dont think they are too great. they have a few catchy tunes and i must admit that they helped get me into actual punk music, but i dont really care that much for them. or boxcar racer for that matter.
they seem like they would completely suck live.

Pink Floyd is way better than Blink 182 Blink 182 have some catchy tunes but the leadsingers voice becomes annoying by the time you listen the second time the album

I actually had the misfortune of seeing them live a few years back, and they did complelety suck. I got to talk to one of them (the one with the stupid lip ring) backstage while greenday was playing and he was very drunk, so maybe thats the cause of the shittiness of their live shows/studio work.
