Ultimacias castle was the best imo. Apart from the obvious great music the pre-rendered backgrounds were top notch. Although i hated how you couldn`t go back to the world map.

Ultimecias castle was the best final area…All monsters are there and there are some cool bosses, and there are some locks on game commands (save,item,magic…) so u have to fight the bosses to unlock them=)

Kefka’s tower and Inside Sin was the best. I’ll also agree with Ultimecia’s castle. All three of them have great graphics and great music!

I rather liked Memoria, but my favorite was the Chaos Shrine from FF1 (not on list) No there’s a boss from nowhere.
But my Vote goes for Memoria, because it’s up there

um what do you mean you couldnt go back to the world map? because if you talking about ff8 then you are actually able to go back to the world map.
oh and my fav is Ulitimacias castle because it had omega in it and in order to get your abilities back you had to beat the bosses for some reason i liked that

Well I’ve seen only two of the places on the list (inside sin and farplane) so I’ll go with inside sin. Also its not on the list but I loved the FF5 final place ( the N zone I think) It was great
