A Question About the Ultimate Dress Spheres

Okay, so I have two of the three ultimate dress spheres. Floral Fallal for Yuna and Machina Maw for Rikku. Now, How do I put them onto a garment grid? I was told I could only put them into the garment grid with 2 nodes. However when I went to Unnering Path to try and put the dress spheres in, they were not on the list. The dress spsheres appear on the list of dress spheres in the dress sphere menu, giving a description of the spheres, but they”re not on the list when I go to put them into a garment grid. I can’t put them into a garment grid or anything. what am I doing wrong?

what you must do is go into a battle and change to all the different dresspheres on the grid. Then the special dressphere becomes available for that character next time you change dressphere in the same battle. Unnering path is the bets because you only need to change dresspehere once then it becomes available. Hope this helps.

I hope you didn’t miss Paine’s. If you’re still in Chapter 2 and haven’t engaged in the primary mission of that Chapter yet, then it’s not too late. Head to the Macalania Woods and make your way to the spring area just before the exit to the snowy Travel Agency area — you’ll find Tromell in there and if you talk to him four times, he’ll hand over the special dressphere for Paine. If you’re already past that point, then it’s too late.

yeh so if u have like two dresspheres on change through them both then go to it and press r1 ull find it

You must first sphere change into every dressphere on your current Garmet Grid. You do not have to light up every path and/or pass through every gate in the GG, you just need to transform to each dress at least once. Take note that the dress you start the battle off in DOES count as already been transformed into, so you don’t have to change into it again.

Once you used every sphere on the grid, pull up the GG in the battle and press R1. This will transform all of the dresspheres on the GG into the special dressphere, and you can now select it.
