How to get Tifa’s 4th lvl limit break?

I have the same problem as Dragon Slaya had some time ago. I’m in Nibelheim with Tifa, disc 2, right after Mideel was swallowed by the lifestream. I keep getting 1 gil after playing several times on the piano (therefore I play the right tunes), but no sign of any Final Heaven learn item.

I also played the tunes on piano a while back, in Nibelheim flashback… but I’ve chosen ‘I jammed on it’ then, instead of the one that makes Cloud play Highwind theme… Is there a way to obtain Tifa’s final limit in that case? I keep on trying, but to no avail, crappy 1 gil always kicks in…

Go to Tifa’s house in Nibelheim. Play the Piano and play this tune:

X, S, T, R1+T, L1+S, C, S, T, L1+X, C , X, S, X

Tifa must be in your party. She will find the Final Heaven. Hope that helps 🙂

You have to play Do Re Mi Ti La Do Re Mi So Fa Do Re Do to get her limit while she is in your team. It showed you what to play in disk 1 in the flashback if you went to Tifa’s house.

Yes sometimes I play the stupid song in my head. I was lazy when I started playin’ and just memorized it.

1) I changed keyboard configuration, but I don’t think that could have somethinfg to do with it.
2) I have some strange version (english-language french version. Don’t ask how I obtained it.)
3) In Nibelheim retrospection I’ve chosen to ‘jam on the piano’ instead of asking my character to play the theme.

That’s all I can think of… Is there 100% chance that you get the limit after playing the tune in disc2?

I always did it in disk 3.

it could be the button configuration, i know on the playstation version it screws up the chocobo breeding, could be the same thing. try changing the config back and trying again

what tune is it anyway? i know the cosmo canyon theme for it if anyone wants!

I’m guessing you downloaded this version of ff7 right �� that could be the pob or simply you can’t play it right.

dont you also have to play it in tune like 1 and 2 not all random not sure though it always worked for me
