Could Sephiroth Come back in FF7 AC

i think that he comes back because in the E3 vid at the very end of the trailer it shows sephiroth and not those guys in black suits but the real one with the silver shoulder pads n stuff ill post the vid

you might have to pause it right at the end and see for your self and i know that wasnt something like a flash back either because i dont remember anything like that in the game people might disagree and i maybe wrong but in the vid. Vincent says

they could make another sephiroth if they wanted to
