Bahamut also has this available, but you’ll have to wait till much later in the game. You get the Magical Lamp from Cid, but only if you make a special point of talking to him right before leaving on the Timber mission. If you don’t talk to him, you are very much screwed.

Diablos is really good. His damage is percentage based, if I remember correctly.
It’s good to have him and mug as early as possible.
