Fight the Tri-faces:
they are in the underwater research center after you fight Bahamut, steal Curse Spikes from them, after you collect 100 of them, refine them into 1 Dark Matter using Siren’s Tool-RF, but theres a catch, siren has to be level 100 to do this!
