about the secrets?

hey im trying to figure some stuff out here.
ffshrine rocks and all but how do i get to that SECRT-R1.TXT stuff because i need to know how to find relic ring, etc and how many battles it takes for the cursed shield to become a paladin shield. it says

how do i get to that?

A lot of sites reference the file but don’t actually carry it. I blame people who just steal information without really reading through it. 😉
