Who’s Worse: Cloud or Squall

By far it is Cloud. They each are very stoic, and then their shells collapse to reveal a rather soft center, but Squall didn’t lie to himself and pretend he wasn’t a failure. He wanted to avoid friendship because he didn’t want to lose friends, which makes perfect sens. On the other hand. make-believing you were something your not and then because of your own weakness you give a destructive weapon to the villain, is the most pathetic thing of all.

(If you remember correctly, Cloud’s inability to fight Sephiroth was a combination of the Jenova Cells and his own refusal to accept his past and his failure)

Both of them have good and bad things, i cannot say who’s worse because for me they are deep feeling characteres, they are complex and still so nice people…

i’ll agree with WyrmKing but if you can’t choose no one, i think i’ll go for cloud, just because i really like squall’s cute face!

i also agree with wyrmking,but i’ll go for squall cause i think his scar is awesome!

Both characters suck. Squall sucks less.

They are both kinda disturbed. Squall the natural way because he got hurt too much, Cloud because of the experiments.

But of these two I think Cloud is more disturbed. He has no self-confidence, that’s why he made up the story with Soldier and such. Well and after the experiment, his mind was totally crashed…

I think Cloud suffered more than Squall.

Cloud had been the subject of experimentation, had witnessed the destruction of almost everything he held dear, had been injected with alien ( JENOVA) cells.

Squall just kept to himself, with this idea that he didn’t need anyone around him. maybe it was shyness, maybe arrogance, but I think he was the worst of the two

I enjoyed learning more about Squall than I did with Cloud. Therefore, Cloud is worse.
