please help if you know where quactuars spawn because i’m trying to get all the fiends in the thunder plains and i’ve walked it through and through and cant seem to get in a battle with a qactuar…. if anyone could tell me what area of the thunderplains it spawns in usually please do.

Pretty much everywhere, if I recall correctly. Sounds like you just have bad luck. Keep at it.

I think you have to release a cactuar from one of the stones first in order to fight and catch them.

no seriously it can’t be bad luck i think theres a specific zone cause i’ve zigzagged the entire thunderplains like 8 or 9 times BACK and FORTH. i just cant seem to encounter one.

o… never mind guys i found a different thread relating to this issue sorry for doubleposting n all that junk but yeah you have to activate 3 or 4 stones with square first to encounter him and he’s very rare so i doubt they’re all over the place like someone said. here’s the link to the thread if anyone else has this problem.
