The Cards

First, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Irvine_All_the_Way and I think IRVINE’S AWSOME!!!! Anywho, I have a question about the cards in the game. Do you get anything from winning other then more cards and some fun in doing so?

Yeah! The card game in this game is great! What you really want is to learn Quezacotl’s Card Mod ability. That’s how you get the real goods. Once you get Card Mod, you can start refining the cards into items that help you in battle, get better magic, or upgrade your weapons.

im not sure whether this is true but if you miss out on the qoc quest or any other cards you can win them off the cc group on the ragnarok and off the qoc just outside of esthar on disc 4 but if you mod your cards i know that you can get them back off the cc group also on disc 4 only

Yes but you are not allowed to remod them for obvious reasons. Lagunas 100 heros. Being the main one it is just pointless to let you remod them. So they placed in that rule.

I had almost every lvl 1/7 card at least twice but I didn’t have card mod yet so I fought all these lame monsters to gain AP.
Eventually I learned card mod so I refined all my lvl 1/7 cards so that I could buy these kick-a2s weapons ya know?
