no, UltimateFFFan, catnip accessory is not found in the 20th floor of via infinito. it’s found in the 40th floor after you defeat black elemental. there would be a treasure chest there containing the catnip and also other things. to defeat black ekemental easily, just use the dark knight’s ability, charon, on it and it will die.

Yeah, the chest contains a whole bunch of accessories, including the Cat Nip, which is unique to the chest. The rest you can all get in other ways. Oh, just one small thing to note — in the Japanese version of the game, you get CAt Nip for skipping the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1 and then pushing Tobli into the elevator of the Celsius in Chapter 2.
