Moogles are by far the best thing in FF! How could anyone resist their charm? Come on, chocobos and moombas have to take second place, you should be able to control more moogles – FFVI was just not enough!

well each game so far has had a kind of minigame
like VIII had the card game
IX had a diff card game i think
X had blitz
X-2 had another card-game…
i wouldnt mind the next game having all of the above 🙂
(but 2 player split screen? you have got to be high 😀 … that just wouldnt be final fantasy)

One of the coolest thing are the summons most of them are extremely cool like bahamut or anima, other cool stuff is the classic turn based battle sistem, and of course the victory theme or fanfare.
To make game much better i would put more weather effects like snow or rain and of course make daylight effects (one place can be at night dawn day or sunset not just one of them). And I would make every final fantasy game to have the blue menu screen instead of diferent colors like in ffX or FFVIII. And a rotative camera like in the world map
