Please, just ignore the abs. If you have any helpful tips on drawing em, then by all means do so. But I don’t want anyone simply saying "They look crap!", ok?

I’m still a newb at CG colouring, but I’m improving no?

the anatomy needs lots of work. e.g.he has no tricep, the abs are too wide and overlap where other muscles would go. try using a photo for reference-bodybuilders are good as they are really defined. also, the fabrics need work-the cloth looks too heavy and if the headband is flowing in the wind, why isn’t anything else.
i’ve seen better from you, but overall its not too bad.
