Hey guys… just looking for some help (again!)
I’m in the Calm Lands in Ch3, and have already done the mission in the Gorge bottom, and kicked Yojimbo’s arse, but Shinra WON’T finish installing the commsphere in the Agency, and it’s driving me INSANE, especially since I’ve done pretty much everything in Ch3, apart from Kilika, cause I need to get this frigging sphere installed before the end of the chapter to get 100% completion by the end.
So… anyone got any ideas as to what I need to do?

What do you mean he won’t "finish" it? As long as you pay a visit to the Agency, you should be good to go, even if Shinra’s still there. Did you make sure to stop by the Chocobo Ranch as well?

I meant that he’s always saying "As soon as I get this CSp installed, I want to play the games" or whatever it is he says, whereas pretty much aywhere else, he’ll confirm the commsphere’s installed, or he’ll just leave it there, once the mission(s) in the area’re completed.

The best idea would be to leave the Calm Lands, and come back, to see if he’s still there

Again, it doesn’t matter that he won’t "finish" it. I think he hangs around in a couple of other locations too if you revisit those locations. Trust me, there is nothing you can do, just let him be. I know it’s confusing, but as long as you visit a location, you can consider the Commsphere installed.
