i just got in the chocobo ranch and i was wondering where the best place to find chocobos was. Im in chapter 2

The best place is all over because different kind of chocobo natures are found all over. You can catch chocobos anywhere exept in Bevelle, Lake Macalania, Mi’hen Highroad, Mt. Gagazet, Mushroom Rock Road, and Zanarkand Ruins.

The best place is Chapter 5 in Kilika Forest. You don’t want to mess around with chocobos until Chapter 5 because any you get before then will be junk.
Actually, I revise my statement. Get just one if you’d like to be able to view it on the Commsphere in Chapter 4 and get a small amount of completion percentage. For the rest, just wait until Chapter 5.

well they’re all opver the place, but i encountered the most in the moonflow area….and don’t ahve any braceletes that half encounter battles cuz then you’ll never get to see a chocobo.
