Cargo Question

Hey I have a quick question that may or may not ruin my life, did I have to save ALL the cargo on the shave the hypello mission or just a mission complete in order to get 100%?

Either. Oh… wait, you mean 100% in one playthrough. Yes, you needed to get all the cargo because only that will get you Episode Complete on the Moonflow in Chapter 5, but I really hope you’re not trying to get 100% in one playthrough, it’ll only drive you mad.

NOOOOO, well, I was somewhat trying to get 100% in one playthrough, it’s my second game, but I was just following the strategy guides thing to get 100% in one playthrough, ouch that hurts, no moogle dressphere or perfect ending, so I’ll have to play through three four times to get 100%. I guess I’ll just give it a seven hour run through and give the awesome sphere to New Yevon. Ouch. 🙁

Hmm, so you don’t have Mascot yet, yeah, that could be a problem. I recommend getting as much other stuff as you can, use the Mascot Speed Guide at GameFAQs, give the sphere to New Yevon next time and scene / dialogue skip everything else that you know you’ve already done.

Yeah I really wanted to get the mascot, is it necessary to beat Trema? I think I can do it this time because I’ll have two catnips and such, I’ll probably finish the game with like 97% this time. I’ll take a look at the mascot speed guide you mentioned.

It won’t be necessary to beat Trema to get Mascot — that’s not an Episode Complete.

Oh I know, I was asking if I needed the mascot to Kill Trema, not kill Trema to get the mascot. I wasn’t sure if Trema was terribly difficult without mascot, I hope not because I really want that Iron Duke.

It’s not required, just nice to have. Just look for a good strategy, you should be able to do it.

You dont need mascot. Use dark knight.

Dark Knight? This is my second playthrough so I’ll have two catnips, will the gunner trick with that work, or does he have moves to counter cheap moves like that?

I dont use moves like that. I never even tried it.
