I found the most kick ass picture of Sephiroth ever and I reckon this guy/girl probably has some more sweet CG art somewhere but I can’t find out the artists name, all I can work out is ‘2004.’ and the rest is lost in the hair.

looks like someone either ran some filters on a frame from advent children, or they traced a frame from advent children.

It’s still pretty good and it’s definately fan art no matter how it was made.
It looks alot better then the actual Sephiroth in the movie.
