Okay, if you’ve played FFX — do you remember where you fought Seymour at Mt. Gagazet? The cactuar is in that area there. Hmm… how else to put it… use the teleporter to take you to the mountain path (I think that’s what it’s called) and then just go a little further up until you get to the next screen — it’s that area there. Hope that helps.
