I know how to say them bcuz they are in the song when edea goes on parade and they are at the firts of the very first song you hear, called Liberi Fatali.

The actual phrase "Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec" is not any language. People wrongly assume that it’s a Latin phrase because the rest of the song, including the title, is in Latin.

It’s just some phrase that’s been all scrambled up, iirc. I don’t know what phrase, though.

If my memory serves me right, and it may not have because I have a bad memory, my ex told me that, unscrambled, it’s supposed to say "Succession of Witches" with the leftover letters spelling "Love". But that may not be true, and I’m too lazy to figure it out.

Yeah…I remember reading it somewhere too. But the title would make sense, considering that FF8 is mostly about Sorceress and Love.
