FF7: Are they overdoing it?

There are several ff7 games coming out and a movie! does anyone think that square enix is going to far?

Well, my favorite FF game is FF-VII, but I still believe they went a little bit too far with the FF-VII line. But I understand them doing it, they need money. And FF-VII has a lot of fans….so, melk the cow as long as it has milk.

Square are releasing Dirge of Cerberus, Before crisis and Crisis core FF-7 spin offs, along with AC.

I love FF-7, but I have to say this is going too far, it is, as Aeris pointed out, just Square-enix milking the FF-7 cow.

They are WAY overdoing it.
I’m a big FF7 fan, but they should stop playing around with the storyline and such.
Get a new idea already…=/

Ive got to agreed they are going to push it to far. They must have some other ideas for movie or games.

The film is a great idea, but making so many other ff7 sequels is going to get confusing, and I know SquareEnix made alot of money out of FF7, but I think they should make something else.
Maybe stop these FF7’s and bring out FFXII earlier…?

No, it’s not a good idea. Having four or five spin-offs from one game is way too many.

I think that FF7 is the best game ever made… and it can only be done ONCE!

Square-Enix is kinda crappy compared to what Squaresoft itself was doing i mean look at Advanced and CC

Enix… hmmm I have never seen any of thier stuff before all they are doing is RAPEING!!!! Squaresoft’s "MASTER PEACE!" its apearent that they are a big group of RETARDS kuz all they can do now is rip off something that needs nothing more than to be remade for ps2 so it will look better

Damn right, why not elaborate on a great story,characters etc……
And it`s the only one that desrves more additions added to it.

I dont think they’re over doing it, they just give us more information of before and after the game. Notice this, BC FF7 AD (BC = before christ, AD = After Death or something) In chronological order for ff7 timeline.

They need to stop milking the cow and up-grade it. I’m talking FF7 for the PS2: stronger, faster, better than it was before!
