When I was in high school there was this one kid that was always saying "I’ve been down with the Wu since forever!" And he’d talk about all of the new fans that were showing up and then mention how they sucked and he didn’t cus… you know… down with the Wu forever. Also, he had clothes with the Wu Tang logo on them, and he probably had them since forever.

I bet he doesn’t listen to them at all anymore.

I used to listen to them a lot. back when it actually took some kind of talent to be a rapper. and i was and still am hardcore. WU FOR LIFE!!

no really about the hardcore part, i probably couldn’t name all the guys in WU anymore, but i did listen to them. I just wasn’t down since forever

Back in the teens, I used to be big into them. Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) is a classic. Inspectah Deck’s verse in "C.R.E.A.M." is one the best verses (if not in hip hop then certainly of the era).
