help needed!

Hi, im uzumaki in the game,(redmage26/monk14)

I have a problem which i can`t solve.
To get the airpass to kazham, you need to trade 3 chest keys with Guddal in port jeuno.
I have the 3 keys in my possesion, 1 from giddeus, 1 from ghelsba and 1 from palborough mines.

In a normal situation Guddal gives you a choise, or pay 150000 gil or get him the 3 chest keys.

In my case, he informs me:this is the counter for the airways from jeuno to kahzam, nothing more.
I tried trading the keys with every npc in port jeuno, but nothing,

Now i`m all out of ideas,tried everything.
I asked a lot of players and mentors in the game, but no one encountered my situation.strange?

Could someone please help me, i`m in a bind?

thx guys,i found that out yesterday, how dumb could i be not to register my expansion packs, a mentor called bazerger showed me the solution, so i`m finally going to kahzam.
