I agree with barret.wallace, those are my favourites too. Out of the 3 though, Chatterbox is the best.
Actually… WCTR wasnt that good. I prefer K-DST in San Andreas. Although, for some reason all the songs didnt sound right in GTA:SA. May be my imagination

Chatterbox was a major high note for GTA, it never failed to make me laugh!

Haven’t played GTA 3 for a while but I think I liked Flashback Fm
Vice city had the best radio so far IMO, VRock is awesome as is VCPR.
San Andreas: Radio X.

I used to like Radio X in San Andreas but I was playing it a few weeks ago and thinking "This is actually pretty mediocre stuff". K-Dst is pretty gr9 though and WCTR is funny until you hear it all =(
