Does FF Anthology get interesting?

I’m a huuuge final fantasy fan…but am also ashamed to say that I just bought anthology yesterday…so I popped in FFV and started playing…it’s kind of boring me… so I’m basically just wondering if it’s worth playing…sorry to anyone who likes it…I’m probably an unpatient brat who just calls it boring after playing for an hour lol =)

V gets pretty interesting later…

However, VI is pretty much the best game in the series, and is interesting from the get go. 😉

I am sorry to say it, but FFV rocks!It’s got the job system and the different jobs give it enough replay value to play it alot of times through! It does get pretty interesting if you get further along though…

thanks a lot! my friends said FF6 was awesome too, but I figured that I’d beat 5 before 6 considering it comes first kinda lol. If for some reason I still don’t get into 5, I’ll just move onto 6 since I didn’t go in order before lol. i played X-2 before X (totally lost during that btw lol, i wonder y!)

they are both alot harder than any of the PSX releases(VII and up)

FF5 has pretty irritating music, but it’s really fun if you can keep playing it for long enough. Plus, Galuf is so funny!

Galuf is kinda cooky, even though like i said i just started playing the game lol. o well at least im getting a little more confident in beating it rather than enjoying it lol. thanx a bunch

Well, I love FF-V. The jobsystem is great, and the story is nice too. FF-VI is also a very good game. 🙂

As long as you don’t mind graphics that aren’t very flashy, then yes, it is a good, interesting game.

FF5 is really fucking good…..like chorns said earlier the job system is enough to jack the replay value of the game up …….its just a really fun play. The story is pretty interesting to. But the reason i love FF5 is because of Omega…..possibly the sickest enemy in a FF game ever

FFV is awesome the only reason I bought that game. I luv custominzing classes with loads of aqquired skillz. But unfortunately it has literaly no time to develope the plot.

If your biggest problem with the game is its unrealistic monsters, then I think you might be overlooking some other things that are a tad unrealistic. You know, like the entire game.

Final Fantasy 3 kicks ass and chews bubble gum. I could play that game over and over.
