Yeah.
If you focus on her head (and why would focus anywhere else!?) it does seem too large, but if you focus off of her head then it gets more correct and it’s weird and confusing. 🙁

I dunno about the ‘head’ thing, i’ve seen people more out of proportion than that, but this ‘bulge’ thing is puzzling me a bit……
