What is the relevance of the man in the Midgar slums who always says "ooh ah agh" and stuff, and also what is the connection between the masamune and murasame, and for that matter what do any of the gold saucer prises in the speed section do. Also what does "Tissue" do, I checked and it just says "this ones kind of difficult" or something along those lines. Can anyone enlighten me as to the the answer to any of these questions?

I can tell you that you shouldn’t look to Final Fantasy for information on Masamune/Murasame. Just put the two names in a search engine and you should be able to find plenty of information.

The man in the slums was originally supposed to be one of the "clones". You know, the people in the black capes with tattoo’s on them. After they put him there they decided to change it back to a normal human(don’t know why) but left the old dialogue in.
Tissue does nothing, its a constalation prize for losing at the battle square, sorry…=/

Some one said that the tissues were all part of the ‘revive Aeris’ sub quest but…..

I had also heard that the man in the tunnel was supposed to be suffering from Mako Poisoning but again….

Either way i think these are just two of the many unfinshed things in FF7

No you guys are wrong.

Every tissue that you obtain increases the difficulty in Battle Square just a little bit. Think about it. You always get one, and you can’t leave to get rid of them or else you’ll lose your points.

Also, the prizes you get in Speed Square (the 1/35 soldiers) are part of a box of 12. If you collect all 12, then your troops at Fort Condor are free.

Does anyone know where all the 12 soldiers are?

Can’t remember the EXACT locations, but they’re all in Junon.

I got 12 once but I’d already finished fort condor, crap!

I think if you play the speed square enough and always win a prize you will eventually rack up twelve. It takes patience though.

The drunk dude is part of the so-called "revive Aeris" quest. While in Midgar with Aeris, go talk to the guy in the pipe. Aeris should end up curing him of his disease. Later, when Aeris dies, you go back to him, and Cloud will tell him Aeris was killed. The man remembers her, takes a special potion, and brings her back. I’ve tried it, it doesn’t work. Don’t bother trying it, it’s just a waste of time.

The Murasame is a shorter type of Masamune, just like the Yoshiyuki.

The Tissues… I think it’s if you get 99 tissues, you get to fight Sephiroth in the Battle Arena, I’m not so sure on that one.

And the 1/35 soldiers. Get all twelve and the troops at Fort Condor are free.

You can also get a Super Sweeper replica or a Masamune Replica. They are both useles.

thats why her limit is in there, for people that like to train their characters super high, so they spend all that time gettin all of her limits, so they can have her level 4 limit, and then she dies, and they are pissed off. it has nothing to do with reviving her
