Who is the final character?

I never did discover who the final character [of FF6] was or if there truley is one. There was always that extra spot on the character list as if there was another hidden character besides Umaro and GoGo. Someone had told me that it was an Imperial soldier and you had to get him at the Colleseum. It was either Vicks or Wedge, I don’t remember which. Is this true or is there really no other characters?

he’s talking about ff3/6 (hint umaro and gogo). as far as i know, there are no other characters. the reason there is another spot is because there is an odd amount. and since they were placed in a box, there is a left over spot.

Sorry never completed FF3/6 as of yet… I’m playing it right now though

Sorry I didn’t mention the name of the game, I guess that the stating the names Umaro and GoGo would give it away. In any case, thanks for the input. I was hoping there was another character but oh well.

The only playable characters are Celes, Locke, Terra, Sabin, Edgar, Cyan, Gau, Setzer, Shadow, Relm, Strago, Mog, Gogo, and Umaro.
