I think da best dressed anime character is KOUJI 4rm Digimonworld 4.

Male – D (Vampire Hunter D); Hotohori (in his emperor costume)(fushigi yuugi)
Female – miaka yuuki (suzaku maiden attire); relena peacecraft dresses nicely too.

Any anime girl who is in goth-lolita (favourites being Kanako from Love Hina, Robin from Witch Hunter Robin, Dark Chi from Chobits, and that sexy witch from the CLAMP manga XXXholic).

Yep, they wear the same it is because 4 years before the orginal dot hackers they won some special addition chars so they came in looking like the originals

I think Faye from Cowboy Bebop looks great! even tho her clothes are a bit showy. =P and the best guy would be..im not sure.. all i can think of is Kenshin or Sanoske from Rouroni Kenshin. i guess theyre ok.

i seen this anime…i think it was called ‘blue moon’ but i can’t recall, anywho they wore like suits with padding on them, but the guy is like not wearing it properly, i think that rocks!

oh and the clothes they wear in gasaraki are coolie!
