Help w/ trema only

hey im at 100 now and paragon is pretty easy…i beat him with full life and i have about 8000 on both dark knights and 500 on my lady luck that used 4 dice to mess trema up pretty bad but everytime he kills all of them using ultima close to the end and i know how to disable it by getting that dancers val 2 and learn the dance to disable magic but u guys have any other suggestions?

All you have to do is to throw a Soul Spring at him to drain his MP. I have read that sometimes it doesnt drain the mp completely, in that case reset and try again.

u’ve probably heard this a thousand times but Cat Nip, Gunner Level 3, low HP, two dark nights w/ Crystal Bangle and that accesory for auto protect I don’t member what it’s called. Lot’s of X Potions, and soul spring or mana spring. and think up a victory dance in advance to celebrate.

i use catnip and im a pro so far cause paragon is so easy like i beat him in 1 turn with my 4 dice and thats it…but trema gives me his shitty ultima…all i need is the soul spring, thats all

Just Mascot every character except the Lady Luck, or something like Berserker with similary high HP. Equip stuff that raises magic defense and maybe toss a Stamina Spring. Then you don’t even have to worry so much about the Ultima.

whats so difficult about ultima? use yunas special dressphere and use the spell that fully blocks magic ( wall or something like that,not shell,that just halves it ) AND KEEP USING THE FLORAL SPECIAL ATTACK (the thing where 50 laser beams are fired,each doin 9999 damage,meaning u do like 200 k hp with 1 attack )

I beat trema in 3 lousy, dissapointing, and overhyped minutes:(

i expected him to put up more of a fight for being the best boss in the game.
heres how i did it

REQUIRED RARE ITEMS:
CATNIP
HEROES DRINK
CHOCOBO WING

1.FIRST GO TO THE CONFIGURATION MENU AND CHANGE BATTLE GAUGE TO SLOW!!
(this is smart to do whenever facing a tough boss)

2. Equip yuna with Gunner Dressphere, catnip, and speed bracer.
Equip Rikku with alchemist dressphere, and 2 crystle bangles
Equip Paine with berserker Dressphere,crystle bangle and speed bracer
Finally make sure all three have the Highroad Winds Garment grid attached enabling all three party members to attack first.

3. beat Paragon while keeping your two characters health relavatively high and your third(yuna) pummeling away with trigger happy lvl 3. It should take 1-2 turns to beat him.

4. Begin the battle with trema by mixing a potion with a chocobo wing. This combination produces a Final Wall. Then use a heroes drink on your gunner to keep her alive while she gives massive amounts of damage to trema every turn. Have the other two characters stay as healthy as possible with an x-potion every round. Its possible that a mega phoenix will be needed at some point in the battle so dont panic if one of the three characters dies. It should be noted that the effects of HEROES** drink wear off after 2 to 3 rounds so about 3 heroes drinks were required in my specific battle. After about 3 rounds trema will be deafeated and your rewarded with one of the best accesories in the game…. iron dukes!

** The only way to get that many heroes drink is defeat the nodes of the second part of Vegnagon. If you have two lady luck’s in your party while doing this you will recieve 4 heroes drink! But remember you must defeat the nodes for them to drop anything. Plus the heroes drink is a rare item drop from the nodes so sometimes they only drop megaelixers(their common item drop), so if this happens quick restart your game and try again.
