Dates

i feel kinda stupid for not figuring this out after playing the game three times through, but how do you get Cloud to date someone besides Tifa? Cuz I’ve heard peoples talking about dates w/ Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie, and even Barret. so could someone please fill me in on this?

🙂 basically you have to choose right answers to date someone else instead aeris all the time. to avoid aeris gotta be mean to her!

there is a thing called love points in FF7 and these 4 chars starts with this.

Aeris: 50
Tifa: 30
Yuffie: 10
Barret: 0

As the game proceeds, certain decisions or tasks you undertake will amend
them. When you reach the date, whoever has the highest Affection value will
be the one chosen for the cutscene.

To go with Aeris you have to be nice to her. If you’re nice to both Tifa and Aeris, youll go with Aeris.

Yuffie- be mean to everyone, dont talk to them unless you have to, and when you get Yuffie, keep answering her questions all right, until the last question, so she’ll run away. For every right answer, you get 2 affection points, I think. So keep doing that about 10 times.

Barret- Ive never been able to do it, but youre supposed to be mean to everyone, except for him, give the flower you buy from Aeris, to marlene. When you go to Corneo’s mansion, get Cloud chosen by Don, and say "theres someone else, his names Barret."

Huh, It sounds funny to see Cloud go out with Barret.

I knew there was something to do with point and you have to be nice to them throughout the game, but I’ve never got Yuffie on a date!
