combat king 5

well i’m having a problem… i am playing the PC (American) version and i’m at the third CD. i’m trying to get the combat king 5 in the lunatic pandora, but i can’t find it! could anyone please tell me where it is?

well i read a walkthrough. it said that i have to take the elevator nr 3, go down stairs and a ladder untli i reach a draw point [confuse]. been there, done that. next it says that i have to go left until i reach three rooms with some good stuff inside. but i can’t get there. a big crack in the floor is preventing me to go left.

but i think i read somewhere that i can get it from a shop in esthar with… was it gf tonberries ability? if it is right then i just have to get the gf tonberries ^_^

The crack in the floor is there because when you were at the Centra Excavation Site with Laguna, you didn’t activate all the traps. If you had done that a large boulder would’ve been in the crack. But I think you can buy it in Esthar, yes.

Yeah, in this case you just lose out on a freebie. There’s other stuff you miss out on too for not doing more stuff during that flashback, but you should still be able to get this one.

There’s an item down there that teaches Quistis one of her Blue Magics that is very hard to obtain otherwise.

oh, well… then i’m just gonna have to try to get that item otherwise.
