Cid went soft?!

I was not to sure on where to post this so it goes here.

Which of the FFVII Cid’s did you like better. When he was on Final Fantasy VII or when he is on Kingdom Hearts.

I like him better on FFVII, Because he is just cool and lights a stick of dynamite with his ciggy… I would like to see Cid on Kingdom Hearts do that with his bit of straw!!!

OMG now you mention it that SO pissed me off. Cos in KH he’s all "do you need help cos i’m such a wuss in KH" obviously paraphrased, which was TOTALLY lame

Cid in FFVII could beat down KH Cid any day!

i kno – i didnt even realize it was him at first. then i was like "shiiiiiiit that’s cid!"

i mean, if you have to dull a character down bc it’s part disney – dont put them in there.

but i love KH anyway – soft cid or not.

but i would have to vote cid in FF7

I liked Cid more in ff7 than in KH. I didn’t realize that was Cid at first though. 🙁

He was better in KH.
It’s sort of like showing a piece of food that’s surrounded by poo, and then showing the same piece of food on just a plate (no poo involved), the second one will always be more appetizing.

Cid is fine on both games another thing never ever say cid went too soft again!

All I know is that I almost puked at Disney’s drawing of Aeris/Aerith.

Kingdom Hearts was all Square Enix’s work. Disney had next to nothing to do with the production of the game, it was all simply borrowed characters.

Think of it as like Capcom vs SNK. SNK never had any control over what Capcom did in that game.

I liked both of the cids. But the Cid in FF-VII is the real Cid. KH is not that of a serious game though. And it is also made for younger kids.

All the characters look more childish in there. It was fine to me, but I can’t take it serious, and I can’t compare them ….

(I always thought, it was a Square Enix and Disney production :confused:)

Well, Aeris/Aerith looks sooo "Disney" in KH…and even thinking about it makes me sick…

Of course he’s going to go soft on KH, because it’s more of a kids game ;). Of course, I like him in FFVII better because his character design is even more lame in KH. Where’s his classic pilot coat?
