Carob Nut

In the breeding guide it says is need one where do I get it?

Go to the area around the Bone Village (where you got the Lunar Harp) and just walk around fighting. There’s this Red Dinosaur like thing with an awfully high HP but quite weak attacks. Killing or stealing from him gets you a Carob Nut.

Don’t you need, like, four or something to make the Gold Chocobo? I don’t ‘member… Too stoned. Anyways, I bet you could just find a FAQ that has the information. It’s not too hard. Wee-nee.

Uhmm yeah I think the monster your look for is called something along the lines of "Varaboros" or thinking and yes it looks like a red dragon and has like 33, 000 hp or something, but it’s not tough at all.

You also need a zeio nut or something, but I cant remember where you get that.

Zeio nuts are dropped, or can be stolen from Goblins on Goblin island. It’s somewhere on the middle/lower right side of the map, Some longer vertically shaped group of islands. Be sure to lick up the ever usefull enemy skill Goblin punch while you’re at it.

Kosma it’s Vlakrados.

Either fight the enemy Vlakorados near Bone Village (he has 33,333 HP) and steal from it, or buy one for 300(?) GP at Gold Saucer battle square.

In Icicle area on the grass parts. You can steal it from these monsters and occasionally they’ll drop them.
