Yes, this is true. SquareEnix have revealed that there will be a fourth title released as part of the FFVII Compilation along with Advent Children, Before Crisis and the Dirge of Cerberus.
It is gonna be called Crisis Core: FFVII, and it is an action-RPG that will be on the PSP not PS2, Xbox, etc. The game is being produced by Yoshinori Kitase, the director of the original FFVII and he is teaming up with someone called Hajime Tahata, who worked with Kitase on Dirge of Cerberus. THe game will not be released until early 2006, though!
