That’s Kuja the main villan in FFIX. Yes he does look gay but he’s a good villan for that game. Although the reason he looks so femine is because he was a she in the Japanese version but Square decided to make him male in the NA version.

Now, vengeance… I don’t want to sound unfair now, but please. So you’ve never played a Final Fantasy game, alright.
Just don’t open theads asking "What is Final Fantasy?" and "Who is this character?".
If you really want to know, look it up on a website, ask your friend, or play the games. Don’t waste everybody’s time with topics like this.
