Lv your sub job

well i have a question when you lv you main job to 99 where does your sub job stop at say for ex: if i have a lv 99 SAM and my sub job is a WAR and lv 50 you obtain defender and double att. can you use that with your SAM/WAR, because i thought that when you main job stopped lv. your sub job stopped as well just like if you a lv 8 BLM your WHM will only lv to 4 which means you cant use most of your majic so please if i wrong please post a reply thanks

Ah, not to be harsh, but obviously you haven’t played the game yet,huh ?

Because you can’t level a job to level 99. 75 is the current level cap, and no plans to change it are in sight.

Also, you sub does NOT level when you level your main, you have to switch to your sub as main to level it.

And, finally, your sub can never be higher than half the level of your main job.

Yes, at level 50 you can use Double Attack and Defender, because I’m level 50 Paladin and am very glad I can use them.

At level 70 you get Warcry. 😀 Very useful for hate ^^

And so is Rampart, since it works the other way around…

But yeah, the Warrior sub-job is the best for so many jobs, most of their abilities don’t go to waste, which is nice.
