I can’t beat Godo in Wutai

Yuffie’s at Lv46 and I have some of the best materia equipped to her but I still can’t win!!! I need help and/or suggestions.

P.s: Please give me tips that don’t include Mime, W-Summon and KOTR cause I have none of them…..:(

Go to the sunken plane wth the sub. It’s got some very nice items.

did that, I just forgot to get the conformer

Conformer is like the BEST weapon for this whole game…at lvl 46, the Pagoda would be piss easy with it.

Equip 2x-cut, and counter attack (by now should be at a high level). Shouldn’t be a long battle with the Conformer.

He also succombs to Gravity.

Ok I’ll equip a Demi magic on yuffie. here’s her equipment

It can also be better if you don’t fill every slot. Cuz your attack power goes down with evry summon/green magic materia.

i used 2 hp plus materias, couner-attack materia and enemy skill materia. big guard and white wind helps 🙂 ah and if u’ve been to sunken ship and got hades then use that.

I’m not sure if Choco/Mog will help you that much. Try the Enemy Skills Big Guard and White Wind.

Well, or do the battles at Wutai later on, if you can’t beat Godo yet. I do that too, but for another reason. 😉

If you go there later (on the third disc), it will be a joke of a battle. 🙂

Godo was easy, they all were. i think i was at level 36. i just poisoned and used the limits when i got them. took forever but it was worth it.

i think i had here with windslash, silver armlet and the accesory that stops confuse and that.

Thing is he recovers about 1000 hp every rime i do good damage. Plus I never used Enemy skill materia cause i always thought it was so useless. so basically I haven’t learned one skill on it.

Well it’s not too late to start

many skills are useless but big guard and white wind helps alot 🙂 use manipulate materia and use those 2 skills on u so u can learn.

Or you could make all his HP goes away while your’s doesn’t. That’s what I did anyway.

Enemy Skills are great. I loved using them. Not all of them, but some of them are very cool. I loved them more than magic spells. That’s the reason why I do the battle with Godo later on. I need to get a third Enemy Skills of "Trine". 🙂

I’m now replaying FF7, and I had some problems with Godo,
but I said to myself: I won’t return in WUtai again!!!

Godo cures himself but…
when he does that, he’s about 2000 HP.
Total HP is 10000.

He’s not only sensible to Gravity…

He can be poisoned!!

I cured myself in every loss of HP, then I used only limit to attack him (at the beginning I use haste to gain more advantage)

If you manage to poison him with bio, he WON’t cure himself at >2000… hahah..

At hat point, use Odin (Odin substracts to him about 2000! What a coincidence! 😀 )

you could also use magic hammer a couple of times, so he has no MP left to heal himself

if you have learnt it a good way of killing him is doom of the living and if not take off all materia and add it again it adds a little more magic due too the five percents on some materia but try ghost hands to drain mp and also have you got no elexirs
