Can someone like tell me some alternate endings for FF5

I just want to hear some lines from different alternate endings like when Galuf and Faris are dead and Bartz and Reina are alive.

I think he’s asking how many endings there are to FFV.

To the best of my knowledge, there are only two- one with a slight variation on the other- but I’m by no means a V expert.

For example the ending would be slightly different if Faris was dead then alive.

RM, depending on how you did in your final battle, a character, or more if I remember correctly, will have to stay behind in the Void. They will later be brought home to their friends, but before this reunion, there’s some sort of scene…

Okay, for me it was Faris who stayed behind. I think… Mid got a letter from Butz? Or from Lenna? Erh. I forgot.

In any case, it’s quite a fun feature.

I have played around quite a bit with FFV’s multiple endings before. Basically, it varies greatly depending on who you leave alive / dead at the end of the final battle. All four alive is the "happy" ending. One thing’s for sure: if you leave Butz alive, then the letter will always be from him. If you don’t leave him alive, I’m pretty sure there’s varying priorities from there. Obviously, if you only leave one character alive, then the letter is automatically from them.

I don’t have scripts for any of the alternate endings though. Do you have the game? Why not try it out and see what happens?

Well i do have the game but I quit a long time ago. I also wanted to know, was Galuf at the final battle or was his daughter.

Neither. His grand-daughter was there.

Right, Galuf isn’t in the final battle. But he does play a key role in the ending if you choose any version other than all four characters alive.
