Anime’d

Hey whats up fellas its me Casc. I had an art thread up but I forgot my password to my online album. But I grew tired of it and I’ve made up my mind about starting another. It is here in this very thread that I will be posting my Anime-ish art (in color) and maybe some fan art FF/anime. Well hope you enjoy this thread as much as I do and feel free to leave comments. I love to hear what you think of my art.

I didn’t like them. It’s partly just because the characters don’t appeal to me, but there are some technical issues.

First off, let me say that I don’t like the eyes. That’s just my opinion and others may feel differently, but I thought it was worth noting.

The one on the left is the one with the most problems. The head is too large, which distorts the perspective on the rest of the body. Also, the spread fingers come off as a bit of a copout since it’s the easiest possible way to draw the hands. Another problem is the length of the arms. They’re too short, making the elbows look like they’re too far up. The forearms are probably a bit too long, but that may just be a perspective issue.

Actually I took a second look and totally agree with you. I just started drawling in that sorta style hopefully I improve over time.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not bashing you. Just offering suggestions for improvement.

It looks to me like you drew them to have big, bouncy boobies, though. 😀

Well I know its been awhile since I posted anything in this thread. I just dont get the time I would prefer to practice drawling these days. But I’ve managed to get a little better. Heres one I did last night. Oh and thanks for all your comments and such.

acually i really like the style that u are drawing, and i love the eyes. but the in the first picture the girl at the top with the purple and red hair i really dont like that one but the others ones are great i think

I like how it looks like the character actually has depth. The first few were good, but they seemed "flat"? Not in the boob sense, however :]
