Moogles vs. Chocobos

Which do you like better? I like Them the same but i like chocobos a tiny bit better. I luv the dance they do at the chocobo ranch in FF7 and give you the "Choco-Mog" Materia!

Hmmm. It’s hard to say- I like them both for different reasons.

Moogles win in the cuteness departments hands down, but there have been some pretty cool things done with chocobos, breeding in particular.

Still, I think I’d miss moogles more if a FF game was only going to have one or the other. Cuteness wins yet another battle!

It is really hard to say, because they are two different creatures…..

But I don’t want to miss the Chocobos in any FF part, but if there isn’t a Moogle…well, I won’t miss it too much. That doesn’t mean, I don’t like them….. 😉

Deffinately Moogles. They have their own society, while Chocobos are simply fleet footed, yet dim witted birds.

Now if you could have herds of chocobos and feed the moogles the chocobo eggs to boost the moogle abilities until eventually you have an army of chocobo riding moogles, that would be pretty cool.

Chocobos definetly. They look awesome, can run super fast, and have awesome minigames. Moogles, yea theyre cool too but they arent usually that big of a deal in my opinion

I like both of them.. Chocobos are good because you could ride them, but moogles are soo cute! But in 9, moogles were helpful because they saved your game…. But I would still say that Chocobos are a lil better…:)

This is really hard because like them both a lot, but I have to say I like chocobos better. I do like moogles, too, though!

I have only one thing to say:

There aren’t any Gold Moogles, so…

Chocobos may be gold, but moogles can dance.

Plus they have a ball-antanae thingy!

I have much more attachment to chocobos. I really love the chocobo music. They are very practical and great for transportation and are often a means to getting a lot of cool stuff. Finally, you don’t see anyone talking to chocobos to save their game. See, the chocobos are smart enough to know that it’s much simpler to simply be able to hit something and then access the menu to save, rather than have to go through a mini-conversation to store your data.

Chocobos are the only bad part about Final Fantasy (except for FFIX because it sucked). Everything that you do with them is aggravatingly boring and their music is just aggravating. Moogles say "kupo" and "kupopo-po" which make them awesome. Moogles are always willing to help me save the world while chocobos just want to run around, waste time, and listen to crappy music.

I thought using the moogles to save was cute. It made saving the game more fun, and such.

Eh, any fun ways to include moogles are good by me.

i always liked the chocobo summons especially in ff7 and chocobos play a big part in getting\completing secrets so ill go with chocobos.

Yes, but on FFVII, if you say ‘Wark!’ to them at choco Billy’s, then they dance as well.

It’s sad, I know. But (I think) there already is a Final Fantasy game that has Moogles, but not Chocobos. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, I think only has Moogles and no Chocobos, correct me if I’m wrong. I also think that Final Fantasy: Tactics only had Chocobos and no Moogles, but I’m not 100% sure…

Now, back to the topic, I like them both equally, The Moogles are cute and dance, but the Chocobos are the best bird species every and they have cool music. I also like ‘Kweh’ and Kupo’ :-p
