Is Kingdom Hearts a Final Fantasy Game?

So they have Squall, Cloud, and Sephiroth, but is the game just a spin-off? Yet if it isn’t, the game itself proves that all of the Final Fantasies are in the same general universe.

Kingdom Hearts was made by Square and Disney so to give it a little kick they added some of the most luved chars from the FF series *without them would the game have been as fun or more fun it’s up to u* i personaly think it is not classed in the same legue as FF because it has 1 Fatal Flaw in it… Too much talking not enuff killing 😛

Kingdom Hearts is not a Final Fantasy game in that all Final Fantasys are RPGs with turn based combat with completely original characters (except FFX-2, Shuuyin stole Cloud’s face!). Kingdom Hearts was a very good game, enough so to contend with a Final Fantasy, but it had only 4 original characters, not counting the Heartless creatures. Sora, Kairi, Riku, and Ansem. Countless other characters were included, but they were from Disney and Final Fantasy games. In my opinion, there were only two things holding KH back from perfection: The crappy, plain graphics that plauged the interworld levels, and lance Bass from N’Sync voicing Sephiroth. I still get mad every time I think about that second one…

Well then why is the homepage of this website covering Kingdom Hearts 2?

Is covering Square games in general, because the average Final Fantasy fan is also interested in what else their most beloved company is doing.

But actually, I think there are enough Kingdom Hearts thread, and also one about the question whether the games are in one universe, etc, and… do you mind me closing this thread?
I do believe Kingdom Hearts thread should go to the RPG forum, even…. because it isn’t Final Fantasy~ 😛
