Do they age in the farplane?*possible spoiler*

when tidus died/faded away, he was 17….2 years have past, and if you get the good/perfect ending, he comes back….is he still 17? or is he now 19?

i dont think they can make a FF10-3…..because of the multiple endings…..which is kinda sucky…..

They could do a sequel but they won’t. And the multiple endings are just one ending but separated.

I don’t think they age if your dead in the farplain. because in FF10
when you go to the farplaine in guardoslam, Tidus saw his mother who died when he was young. She looks no different in the farplain then she did in the flashback

I don’t think, they age when they are in the farplane. But I think, they age, when they life in the real world an being unsent.

Because look at Auron. He was a young man, when he died. He is dead, but unsent, and he is growing older. 😉

And Tidus is a different story. He used to be a dream, that became reality. He wasn’t dead in the first place, he was just a dream. And he was aging there. Why not after FFx? He only went to a different place…. 🙂

I don’t know…. it’s also possible that Auron’s appearance was altered because of his feelings, emotions, which are certainly rather bleak.
If I remember correctly, he died at age 25, but even if he aged normally for the next ten years… I mean, the guy looks like 50+, not 35.
If he aged quickly, it’s likely that there were psychological reasons involved, and in the end, we cannot say if unsent age normally, or maybe just change according to their feelings.

Maybe they can influence their appearance voluntarily (or involuntary, little does matter), so Auron’s age could as well be seen as some sort of disguise. Can’t run around for ten years and not age, people are going to wonder, Mr. Dorian Gray.

your right, she dosent look any older….i would have thought that they would stay the same way as they died…mbebe feelings are involved……

i believe that correct, im sure thats how it works…that you see them from the way you rember them…..it would then be hard to judge wether he has aged at all…..

Tidus is one of those special cases though. He wasn’t an unsent, nor was he strictly speaking dead. He was a dream, and more than a dream…

Chances are he still existed, just in the remnants of the dream, so his life continued counting.

I don’t think they age. If you’ve played Final Fantasy X, at the end, Braska and Jecht looked the same as they were 10 years ago. But Auron aged because he was out of the Farplane, now that’s different. So Tidus is technically still 17 years old. 2 years younger than Yuna.

No, now I think they don’t age in the farplane. They also don’t age, when they are unsent, but they can choose their appearence.

Auron had choosen to age. And it is ok, because he lived with the living. He can’t just stay the same in 10 years.

Tidus is not dead or unsent, so it is probably different there. I think, he does age. 😉
