I know that you can get 2 from Fort Condor, but you can steal them from Bagrisks, but I have never found one, and I know that they are in the Cosmo area. someone help me! PLEASE!!

As far as I know, you�ll get this item when you loose your first battle you can do (before you go to Junon the first time) on Fort Condor. 🙂
I never get it, because I never loose a battle there. 😉
Can�t remember at the moment, where the other chance is getting it….But I�m not sure about the Cosmo area. Coundn�t it be around Nibelheim area? Not sure….. 🙁
