Yes the shops are still open, and i’m not one 100% as it’s been so long since I last played it but I think another shop In The Center that was closed earlier in the game is now open.

Yes, and there�s an ability (Shop), one of your Aeons can learn. If you have that, you�ll be able to visit every shop, you�ve seen before. You don�t have to go to different places, you can go to the shops wherever you are right now (in your menue). That�s pretty cool. 😉

But if you want to go back to Esthar, you can always visit the shops. Some of them are closed very often. Just go back there later on. 🙂
