At one point when registering im asked a question about where im from and my options are " US or Canada " …. Is it really that important??? bcoz i can always fake a US adress… please help me A.S.A.P. or u can reply to me at hotmail: [email protected]

Yeah, give a fake address…then when they ask for your billing info, you can give your real infos.
